As Senior Living has expanded to include 23 Spring Arbor Assisted Living and Memory Care communities across several states, our Division has invested ever-increasing resources into development and retention of highly trained team members, truly our most important asset.  Well-trained team members of every discipline help us to establish the foundation essential to demonstrate each of HHHunt’s Brand Promises and Values.   

 

The College of Senior Living provides a balance of instructor-led and on-line learning opportunities, beginning with Orientation and Onboarding programs.  Our Directors of Quality & Education offer educational support to each community and to individual team members, and the RELIAS Learning System is utilized by all team members for both required and elective coursework.  Lunch & Learn classes, Regional Workshops and Cluster Trainings are conducted across the Division to offer a real-world and practical complement to classroom and on-line learnings.
