Emotional Intelligence

This class defines Emotional Intelligence, how it differs from IQ, and the four skills of Emotional Intelligence. During this class, you learn how important EQ is to both professional and personal success and happiness. Tips are also discussed on how you can make improvements in each skill. (EQ Assessment required prior to class).

Leasing Essentials

This class is required for all Apartment Living community managers, assistant community managers, and leasing consultants.  The fundamentals of the leasing process are covered - from introduction to follow up with an emphasis placed on in-person tours and telephone sales. Providing our new customers an exceptional experience is discussed in the areas of rapport building, gathering information, touring, closing, and follow-up. 

The HHHunt Customer Experience 

This core class is required of all Apartment Living team members. HHHunt standards are reviewed to ensure that our customers are consistently given an exceptional customer experience.

Leadership & Management Skills

This is an introductory class that covers Management and Leadership skills and behaviors and discusses the difference between management and leadership skills. Examples are provided on what these behaviors and skills look like and the class ends with tying in what skills and behaviors are directly related to our Brand Promises and Values. Students also identify their strengths and weaknesses and develop a plan on how they will improve in these areas.

Service Team Member Orientation

This class is required of all Apartment Living service team members.  Topics covered include property operations, AMOS, our preventative maintenance program, and quality assurance standards.


Yardi Leasing Training CRM-Rent Cafe ( all office team members)  is an introduction to leasing and resident service. Yardi Account Administrator Training (all Account admins, ACM, & CM) teaches the fundamentals of managing resident accounting applications. Yardi Service Manager Training   (all Service Managers) covers basic Work Order functionality and workflows.

Cme: Successful Conversations Successful Team

Collaborate with me.  Connect with me.  Challenge me. Coach me. Commit to me.  HHHunt’s promise to be Employee Centered now includes the new Cme process.  Our goal with Cme is to drive performance through the growth and development of our team members.  The goal of this workshop is to understand the process of Cme, roles and responsibilities, and how PDPs can be integrated and add value to the process.

Introduction to Financial Management

Introductory class required of all assistant community managers, service managers, and community managers which covers understanding and analyzing financial statements, understanding accounting systems, income and expense accounts, and understanding ways to maximize income.

People Management

HR Foundations workshops are designed to develop your knowledge of key people processes.  Starting with the recruiting and onboarding of team members, through the development and compensation and then the legal and compliance topics, these workshops are essential for managers and facilitated by HR subject matter experts.  You can take these workshops in any order and individually based on your development needs.
