Over the last decade, the Apartment Living Division has invested significant time and resources into the development and education of our team members. 

 

What initially started out as “Eagle University” which offered limited instructor-led and online training, has developed into a curriculum supporting every position within our division!  The College of Apartment Living offers onboarding to every new team member as well as ongoing optional and required training.  All of this is managed through our learning management system, Vision.
